Cinnamon

Description :
                 Cinnamon is used as a condiment.They are small pieces and like wood.These pieces are dried and are light brown in color.These are long.The cover of tree is removed and is rolled.And after drying the rolls we get cinnamon.Then they cut into pieces.It has a particular odor.It is little sweet in taste and is used alsmost in every kitchen.Cinnamon powder is also available.It should be kept in cold and dry place.While using cinnamon its inner soft part should be used because the odor is very pleasant and the medicinal values are also more.While using cinnamon in recipes its powder should be added.It easily goes in stomach of everyone.It has the quality of digestion and reduce nausea.It can be taken with curd, honey and in curries.It is also added in rice.Its paste is also used.
