Description :
                 Dry dates are available whole year.Many grocery shops have dates packets in their shops.Dates curry is used in various foods.Dates should be kept in air tight containers otherwise small insects and ants may attack on dates.Dates are reddish and burgundy in color.Dates are sweet in taste.There is a very light cover like paper on dates.There is a long shaped seed inside date.Do not throw seeds.Wash these seeds and dry it.Seeds also have medicinal uses.Dates are soft so old people can also eat easily.Dates can be eaten with milk also.Dates are widely eaten during winter season.Date is mainly from Africa and Sahara desert.It is known since ancient Egypt.Date trees are carved on the walls of old monuments in Egypt.The production  of dates is more in Middle East.

  • Dates works good to control the level of cholesterol.From our body to remove unnecessary and harmful fat (LDL-Low  Density Lipoproteins) garlic is very much important and it controls the level of LDL.The beneficial and necessary fat (HDL-High Density Lipoproteins) is stored successfully because of garlic.Garlic controls high blood pressure.The clotting of blood also reduces by garlic.To avoid he heart diseases dates plays a very important role.For all these problems take two dates with one cup of lukewarm milk every morning.
