In condiments the sweet thing we use is cloves.It is blackish and burgundy in color.It is half centimeter in length and looks like a flower.We can see cloves in every house.The cloves which eat is clove's bud which cannot flower.There are many buds of cloves which are unable to flower and cloves we eat are formed.At the beginning they are greenish and they become red.Then these buds are removed and are dried and thus we get cloves.Nowadays the cloves which we get in the market are oil removed.Cloves are used in various medicines.In 30 cloves powder add 10 drops of clove oil and then use it.Cloves remain for a longer time.Keeps these cloves in a airtight jar.Cloves have sweet odor but the taste is hot.If cloves are kept in sugar and rice then it gives protection from ants and small insects.If too thin people eat cloves directly, it may cause small boil in mouth.In such cases eat clove with little clarified butter.Clove is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral.It also increase immunity of our body.Cloves can be eaten by chewing it properly.Clove powder can be taken with honey.Clove tea is also beneficial.We can cook rice by adding little cloves to it.The rice becomes tasty and nutritious.
